Gert Loschütz

Gert Loschütz, born in 1946 in Genthin (Saxony-Anhalt) has been a full-time writer since 1970, also working for the theatre and for radio. He has been awarded numerous awards and stipends.
In addition to his highly-praised novels such as FLUCHT, DUNKLE GESELLSCHAFT (translation rights) (which was shortlisted for the German Book Prize) and DIE BEDROHUNG he has published a story collection and books for children.
Gert Loschütz lives with his family in Berlin.
